Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals and medical institutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the biotechnology industry, preferably in transplant and renal care.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
