As an Equity Terminal Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and operating equity trading terminals to ensure efficient trade execution and provide exceptional support to traders and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Operate equity trading terminals to execute buy and sell orders based on instructions from traders or clients. - Continuously monitor equity markets, analyze trends, and provide timely information to traders and clients. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of trade data into the system and maintain comprehensive transaction records. - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on equity trading processes to provide exceptional support. - Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies regarding equity trading for compliance with industry standards. - Prepare detailed reports on trading activities, market conditions, and performance metrics for management and clients. - Maintain the smooth operation of trading terminals through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT support. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices in equity trading operations. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in equity trading or a related role, with a strong understanding of equity markets and trading platforms. - Proficiency in using equity trading terminals and related software, along with strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
