Terminal Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Terminal Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with stock broking operations, proficiency in trading platforms, and the ability to perform administrative and technical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trading Operations

Operate the trading terminal efficiently to execute client orders in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies during trade execution.

2. Client Communication

Communicate effectively in English/Gujarati to handle client queries and provide assistance with trading-related issues.

3. Data Management and Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate records of trades and transactions using Word and Excel.

Generate reports and ensure timely submission to clients and management.

4. Compliance and Certification

Apply knowledge of equity derivatives as per NISM certification standards.

Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure all trades meet compliance norms.

5. Administrative Tasks

Manage email correspondence and assist with general office operations as required.

Requirements

• Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates.
• Age: 18 to 45 years old.
• Education: Minimum Graduation in any Commerce line
• Work Arrangement: On-site & Sales
• Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in work.

· Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a license for ease of commuting and field tasks (if required).

· Must Own NISM Equity Derivative Certificate & NISM Commodity Derivative Certificate.

· Experience: - Experience as Terminal Operator is advantageous
