Terminal Operator

Role Overview: As a Terminal Operator for our esteemed client in the Share Broking Industry, you will play a critical role in supporting trading operations. Your main responsibility will be managing and operating stock market trading terminals like NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, ODIN, NEAT, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv. You will execute trades on behalf of clients or the firm, ensuring compliance with market regulations, and maintaining trading system integrity and uptime. Acting as a bridge between dealers, clients, and back-office operations will be an essential part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Operate equity and derivatives trading terminals such as NSE, BSE, MCX, etc. - Execute trades accurately and swiftly for clients or dealers. - Monitor market movements and terminal alerts in real-time. - Maintain client order books and ensure timely trade confirmations. - Ensure all trades comply with regulatory and risk limits. - Troubleshoot terminal issues and liaise with software vendors or IT support. - Assist in daily market opening/closing activities and system readiness checks. - Coordinate with risk, compliance, and back-office teams for smooth trade settlements. - Keep accurate records of trades, margin reports, and audit trails according to SEBI and exchange regulations. - Support relationship managers and dealers with order routing, price discovery, and research tools. - Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of trading data and client information.
