The Terminal Operator plays a critical role in supporting trading operations by managing and operating stock market trading terminals such as NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, ODIN, NEAT, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv. Your responsibilities include executing trades on behalf of clients or the firm, ensuring compliance with market regulations, and maintaining trading system integrity and uptime. You will act as a bridge between dealers, clients, and back-office operations. Operate equity and derivatives trading terminals (NSE, BSE, MCX, etc.) accurately and swiftly on behalf of clients or dealers. Monitor market movements and terminal alerts in real time to ensure timely actions. Maintain client order books, ensuring trade confirmations are sent promptly. Your role involves ensuring that all trades are within regulatory and risk limits while troubleshooting terminal issues and coordinating with software vendors or IT support. You will assist in daily market opening/closing activities and system readiness checks. Coordinate with risk, compliance, and back-office teams for smooth trade settlements. Keep accurate records of trades, margin reports, and audit trails in compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations. Provide support to relationship managers and dealers for order routing, price discovery, and research tools while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of trading data and client information.
