Tendering Specialist

As a Tendering Specialist at Veer Electronics Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing the entire tendering process to secure new business opportunities for the company. You will be responsible for tasks such as tender search, bid preparation, document submission, coordination with departments, reporting bidding status, preparing datasheets, maintaining records, and more. Your qualifications should include experience in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, and Procurement, along with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: - Tender Search through incoming tenders and note tender details - Bid Preparation including Technical & Price Bid - Prepare tender documents in specific formats - Submit documents within stipulated time limits - Coordinate with departments for document procurement - Report bidding status on a daily basis - Prepare Datasheet & maintain records regularly - Prepare MIS Reports and competitive bidders comparison sheet - Collection of EMD and coordinate with accounts department - Attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings with customers - Maintain Customer Relationship with existing/new clients - Support Sales department/Sales Support Qualifications: - Experience in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, and Procurement - Strong Analytical Skills - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively Please note that familiarity with Gem Portal and a degree in B.COM/M.COM, BBA/MBA are also preferred qualifications for this role.,
