Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to the submission of proposals. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, preparing detailed and accurate proposals, and ensuring compliance with all procurement regulations. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with stakeholders and leveraging analytical skills to evaluate tender opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in Tender Management and Procurement
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender opportunities and ensure compliance
Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
