Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Filing Executive located in Ulubari, Guwahati. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, from finding tenders, evaluating, analyzing procurement opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals within the timeline, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to ensure smooth tendering processes.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Tender Evaluation, Filing, Management and Procurement
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication Skills
• Proficient in Proposal Writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous and preffered
• Relevant educational background in Business, Management, or related field
