Job Title: Tendering Executive Department: Business Development Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Summary Polygon Geospatial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Executive to manage and coordinate tendering processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in geospatial or related industries and a strong understanding of tender documentation, bid preparation, and submission. They will play a key role in securing projects and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Tender Identification and Analysis • Monitor government and private portals for relevant tenders in the geospatial domain. • Evaluate tenders to assess technical, legal, and financial feasibility. 2. Bid Preparation and Submission • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, and finance) to compile necessary documents. • Draft and review tender responses, ensuring compliance with tender requirements. • Submit bids on time, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, for collaborative bidding opportunities. • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and tender authorities. 4. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender-related documents, communications, and submissions. • Prepare regular reports on tender outcomes and bid success rates. 5. Market Research and Strategy • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the geospatial domain. • Provide insights to the management team to refine bidding strategies. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Geospatial Science, or related fields. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tendering or business development, preferably in the geospatial sector. • Familiarity with government and private tendering processes. • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies and services is a plus.
