Tendering Engineer

> Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed study and analysis of tender documents, eligibility criteria, and qualification requirements.

* Prepare and compile all tendering documents, including Pre-Qualification (PQ) submissions, Bid documents, BOQs.

* Ensure compliance with technical capacity, financial eligibility, and client requirements for competitive bidding.

* Plan and schedule tender activities, ensuring timely preparation and submission.

* Coordinate investigation reports, clarifications, and technical/commercial inputs as required for tender submissions.

* Regularly monitor and review tender portals/websites to identify relevant infrastructure project opportunities.

* Prepare MIS reports for management on upcoming tenders, status updates, and bidding pipeline.

* Review qualification criteria such as net worth, similar work experience, and compliance benchmarks for tender participation.

* Manage both physical submission and e-tendering processes efficiently.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data collation and effective bid preparation for competitive advantage.

* Strong knowledge of construction and infrastructure industry practices.

* Expertise in technical dealing and competitive bidding.

* Proficiency in preparing BOQs, financial bids, and tender documentation.
