Company: United International (Facilities Management & Consulting Services) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: United International is seeking a dynamic professional proficient in both tendering and AutoCAD design. You’ll manage bidding processes and deliver quality technical drawings for facility management projects, collaborating across operational, engineering, and project management teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyse tender documents and define requirements for facility management and maintenance projects. Prepare comprehensive bid documents: technical proposals, commercial bids, cost estimates, and compliance matrices. Coordinate and gather scope data with project management, engineering, and operations teams to finalize offers. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all tender submissions and drawings. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to obtain pricing and finalize bid documents. Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to maximize bid competitiveness. Track tender status, revise proposals per client feedback, and maintain bid/contract records. Prepare facility layouts, space utilization plans, and technical drawings for electrical, mechanical, and civil elements using AutoCAD. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet project scope and client requirements. Update, revise, and archive drawings as per renovation/maintenance needs and feedback. Support site measurement, as-built documentation, sustainable design, and smart building technologies.
