You will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for various IT or ELV projects. It will be your duty to review these estimates to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the defined scope of work. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support during the review of design packages and drawings. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with the Project Manager, technical team, and vendors. It will also be your responsibility to prepare reports and submit them to the concerned authorities within the prescribed timelines. You will need to ensure the timely submission of tenders and study tender BOQ, quantities take off, and send enquiries to subcontractors/vendors to obtain competitive quotations. Moreover, you will be expected to collect all vendors" technical data sheets, vendor specifications, drawings, and compile them in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submissions.
