Tender Manager – Road Safety Solutions Core Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification & Analysis – Spot high-potential tenders, assess feasibility, and mitigate risks.
• Bid Strategy & Submission – Craft winning proposals, optimize pricing, and ensure 100% compliance.
• Vendor & Supplier Management – Build strong alliances, negotiate best deals, and ensure seamless execution.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Attend pre-bid meetings, address queries, and foster strategic relationships.
• Compliance & Documentation – Guarantee legal, financial, and technical adherence with zero lapses.
• Financial & Risk Optimization – Minimize risk, maximize profitability, and ensure secure financial commitments.
• Market Intelligence & Growth – Analyze trends, outperform competitors, and drive tender success.
• Post-Tender Execution – Secure projects, coordinate teams, and ensure flawless contract execution.
