Tender Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced E-Tender & Government Business Manager to lead and manage our government sales operations through e-tendering and forward auctions.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in handling government tenders, contracts, and procurement processes, with expertise in forward auctions.

E-Procurement application delivered/ Implemented to ministries, Govt. Department & PSUs i.e. (NTPC Electric supply company limited ), CCIL (Container Corporation of India Limited), IRCTC, MCD ( Delhi Municipal Corporation), DDA (Delhi Development Authority), DSIIDC, KDA ( Kanpur Development Authority), LDA ( Lucknow Development Authority), DUSIB, IRCTC, PSPCL, MPEPROC through application www.tenderwizard.com. Also, handled state level project of MP Government E-procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and participate in government tenders, e-procurement processes, and forward auctions.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, submission and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, PSUs, and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitor government portals for new business opportunities and ensure timely bid submission.
• Analyze tender specifications, pricing strategies, and competitor bids to enhance win rates.
• Handle post-bid activities, including negotiations, contract finalization, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, financial regulations, and documentation.
• coordinate with internal teams (finance,legal,oprations) to support tendering processes.
• Stay updated on government policies, procurement trends, and e-tendering platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience : 10 years in government business, e-tendering, and forward auctions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement policies, GeM portal, and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in e-tendering platforms online bidding, and forward auction mechanisms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office, e-procurement portals, and tender submission tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in sectors like infrastructure, steel, mining, or industrial products.
• Strong network with government agencies, PSUs, and procurement officers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
