Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients for government tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for expansion
• Lead projects related to business development initiatives and strategic planning

Salary - depends on interview

Experience

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field in Government tenders
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
• Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with sales processes, market analysis, and strategic planning concepts
• Knowledge of software solutions relevant to the industry would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
