Tender Manager

Join our team as a Tender Manager and lead the way in executing end-to-end tender submissions for the healthcare and diagnostic equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preferred - Only Females
• Manage the entire tender lifecycle including E-tenders, GEM, Manual tenders, and Government tenders
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) and identify compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Legal) for timely document preparation
• Monitor tender portals and ensure timely bid submissions
• Prepare competitive pricing structures, technical documentation & BOQs
• Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Commerce/Business preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management
• Strong knowledge of GEM portal, E-Procurement systems & government tendering processes
• Excellent documentation, coordination & time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PDF tools
