Job Description

Join our team as a Tender Manager and lead the way in executing end-to-end tender submissions for the healthcare and diagnostic equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred - Only Females
Manage the entire tender lifecycle including E-tenders, GEM, Manual tenders, and Government tenders
Analyze tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) and identify compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Legal) for timely document preparation
Monitor tender portals and ensure timely bid submissions
Prepare competitive pricing structures, technical documentation & BOQs
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Commerce/Business preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management
Strong knowledge of GEM portal, E-Procurement systems & government tendering processes
Excellent documentation, coordination & time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PDF tools
