Order Processing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist with expertise in import operations and data management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import documentation, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring smooth order processing while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Coordination: Process purchase orders, verify details, and track shipments from international suppliers.
• Import Documentation: Ensure compliance with import regulations, handle customs documentation, and coordinate with clearing agents.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage shipment timelines and resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels using ERP or Excel.
• Invoice Management: Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all import transactions comply with government regulations and company policies. Generate reports on order status and import activities.
• Problem Resolution: Address order discrepancies, delays, and quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in import operations, order processing, or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and import documentation software.
• Knowledge: Understanding of import regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
