Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttarakhand, India for the position of Tender Head. Responsibilities include leading the tendering process, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The Tender Head will coordinate with various departments, manage documentation, and ensure all schedules and deadlines are met. Qualifications Experience of atleast 15 years in tendering and bidding processes Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with the hydropower industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Company Description GoGoal Hydro Pvt.
