Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Tender Executive to join our team. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for various projects/contracts, conducting market research, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring compliance. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders, negotiate contracts with vendors/suppliers, and ensure timely submission and follow-up on tender status.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit tenders for various projects/contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

2. Conduct market research and gather tender information to stay updated on industry trends.

3. Analyze tender documents, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and inputs for tender preparation.

5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors/suppliers to achieve favorable terms.

6. Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on tender status to meet deadlines.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering/procurement roles, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Hydro background experience will be a plus

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum)

- Experience with tender upload websites like GEM portal and state tender publish websites

Salary:

Upto ₹20,000 per month
