One of our client from IT sector is looking for : Job Opportunity One of our reputed clients from the IT sector is urgently hiring for the following position: Position: Manager – Tender Department: Sales Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 3 to 6 years Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (As per industry standards) Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering / BSc IT / BMS / BMM / BE Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Identify relevant government and PSU tenders, prepare and submit bid documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications and timelines. Bid Strategy & Coordination: Analyze tender requirements, formulate competitive bidding strategies, and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with officials from PSUs, defense organizations, and government departments. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to government tender guidelines, policies, and maintain comprehensive records. Key Skills Required GeM Portal Expertise: Hands-on experience in navigating and using the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Tender Documentation: Proficiency in preparing accurate, detailed, and compliant tender documents. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction. Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate market trends and build winning bid strategies. Performance Expectations Monthly participation in relevant tenders Business generation aligned with assigned targets Timely collection of payments as per tender terms
