Designation - Channel Sales Executive Location - Andheri (East) Function Area - Courier Background Salary - upto 40 k Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduate / MBA Marketing Experience - 3-5 Years in Courier Industry Roles & Responsibilities -  Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.  Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.  Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.  Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.  Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate  Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.  Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.  Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.  Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns

Sales Area : Mumbai/Thane/Vapi/Daman/ Panvel/ Navi Mumbai/Taloja Expanding Business Line: 1. Meeting Monthly /Quarterly / Annual Sales and Collection Target. 2. Developing new Customers through Contact development, References, cold calling and Digital Media. 3. Preparing Presentations for demo to prospects 4. Preparing Case study/Documents/Data that will help in closing deals. 5. Preparing Quotations/Proposals to meet Customer’s requirement. Ensuring enhancement of brand value 1. To enhance awareness of products and solutions using digital media 2. To interact with support team for enhancing customer satisfaction. Training 1. Undertake training for continuous knowledge up gradation. 2. To impart training to peers 3. New product training Team Development 1. Develop a team to expand the business in newer areas. 2. Develop strategies for higher reach and deeper penetration 3. Ensure team performs at max efficiency Qualification : Graduation in Engineering. BSc IT / BMS /BMM/BE Experience : 2 to 3 Yrs – preferably in Security System such as Attendance, Access Control , CCTV, Turnstile, Boom Barriers etc.
