Job Title: Tender Executive Experience: 2-3 Years (Mandatory) Location: Kolkata Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for government tenders and projects, with a strong focus on Website and Mobile App projects. This role requires one on one interaction with government account stakeholders and the ability to represent the organization and present onsite technical demo to stakeholders. This position also requires travel to build relationship with the Government Stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Ø Identify and analyze government tenders and procurement opportunities related to Website and Mobile App development projects. Ø Prepare, compile, and submit accurate and competitive tender/bid documents within stipulated deadlines. Ø Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to gather relevant information required for bid submissions. Ø Visit government departments and accounts to build relationships, gather information, and follow up on submitted tenders. Ø Conduct presentations for government clients showcasing project proposals and capabilities. Ø Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and maintain records of all submissions and communications. Ø Monitor tender outcomes and participate in debriefings to improve future bid success. Ø Stay updated with government procurement policies and market trends in digital projects such as Website and Mobile Apps. Qualifications & Skills: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Ø 2-3 years experience as a Tender Executive or similar role with proven experience visiting government accounts. Ø Good understanding and knowledge of Website and Mobile App development projects. Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills. Ø Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously Ø Comfortable with client interaction, especially with government officials and decision-makers Ø Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other bid management tools Preferred Attributes: Ø Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new bidding opportunities Ø Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Ø Experience in preparing financial and technical bids Show more Show less
