Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Delhi, India. In this position, the Tender Executive will oversee the entire tendering process to secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing tender opportunities, preparing documentation, managing correspondence with stakeholders, and ensuring all tenders align with company objectives and compliance requirements. Coordination with internal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and industry changes will be essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in drafting and preparing tender documentation and contracts
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and evaluating tenders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for tender preparation and stakeholder correspondence
• Ability to ensure compliance with government and industry regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Administrative skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields are preferred
• Experience in GeM (2 years or more)
