Job Title: Tender Executive

About Us
Jain Expositions Pvt. Ltd. (JEPL) is a pioneer in **museum design, exhibitions, cultural projects, and corporate events**, delivering innovative experiences for government and private clients. We are looking for a **Tender Executive** to manage bidding processes, ensure compliance, and support our business development team in securing prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
* Identify relevant tenders through online portals, newspapers, and government websites.
* Study tender documents carefully and prepare summaries with key requirements.
* Ensure timely submission of EOI, RFPs, RFQs, and bids as per guidelines.
Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare, compile, and maintain all tender-related documents (technical & financial).
* Coordinate with internal teams for project details, certifications, and supporting documents.
* Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, formats, and submission deadlines.
Coordination
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and requirements.
* Follow up on tender status, bid results, and maintain proper records.
* Support the business development team in proposal preparation.
Database & Reporting
* Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track success rates.
* Generate regular MIS reports for management.
Requirements
* Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / relevant field.
* 1–3 years of experience in **tendering / contracts / business development** (experience in exhibitions, construction, events, or related industries preferred).
* Knowledge of tender portals (e-procurement, GEM, CPPP, etc.).
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and good communication skills.
