Maintain documentation for submitted and ongoing tenders, including BOQ, EMD, BG, and compliance records. Support post-tender activities including negotiations, clarifications, and contract finalization. Prepare MIS reports on tenders submitted, won, and lost, along with competitor analysis. Ensure timely renewal of vendor registrations and digital certificates for tender participation. Assist in maintaining price lists, standard formats, and databases for lithium battery products. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of tendering processes (especially in government and PSU sectors). Knowledge of lithium battery systems, solar hybrid systems, and energy storage solutions . Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint , and e-tendering portals . Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial clauses. Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines. Qualification & Experience Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred) or MBA in Marketing / Operations. Experience: 2–5 years in tender management within the energy, solar, or lithium battery industry . Preferred: Experience with GeM, CPP, or PSU tendering platforms. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of tenders identified and submitted monthly. Quality and compliance accuracy of tender submissions. Tender success/win ratio. Timely coordination and documentation accuracy. Contribution to business growth through successful tender bids.
