Job Description

Job Title: Bid & Contract Executive

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:·

Review and analyse tender documents; prepare compliance checklists and risk assessments.
Compile and format techno-commercial proposals, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams for smooth bid finalisation.
Prepare pricing documentation, validate cost sheets, and align with finance for approvals.
Draft contracts, NDAs, MoUs, JV agreements, and other legal documentation for review.
Manage online/offline bid submissions within strict deadlines.
Maintain and update bid templates, past submissions, and segment knowledge repositories.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
3–6 years of experience in bid preparation, contracts, or proposal coordination in MBC & AMI / EPC / Smart Infra / SaaS.
Familiarity with tender portals, procurement norms, and funding schemes (RDSS, KUSUM, PSU/State programs).
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document formatting.
Good understanding of commercial terms, taxation (GST), and contract risks.
Excellent organisational, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,266.00 - ₹32,310.16 per month
