Experience

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in tender bidding

· Experience in handling and submitting 20+ tenders, preferably government tenders

· Good coordination and communication skills

· Strong English writing and proofreading abilities

Job Description

· Identify, analyze, and select suitable government tenders related to medical equipment from various portals and sources.

· Read and interpret tender documents accurately, including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and government procurement policies.

· Prepare complete tender documentation, including technical bids, financial bids, pre-qualification documents, compliance statements, and annexures.

· Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, and logistics to collect required inputs for bid preparation.

· Ensure timely submission of tenders while strictly adhering to deadlines and tender guidelines.

· Draft, review, and proofread tender-related documents and official correspondence with attention to detail.

· Maintain and update a tender tracking database for submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders.

· Support sales and management teams by handling vendor queries, clarifications, and pre-bid communications during the tender process.

· Manage and maintain documentation related to certifications and registrations, including CDSCO certifications and other statutory compliances as required for medical device tenders.

· Prepare and share status reports and outcome summaries of tenders with management.

· Stay updated with government tender rules, procurement guidelines, and regulatory changes relevant to the medical devices industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
