Job Description

Location: SF/3,HKcomplex ,Ne Yogeshwar Nagar Park , Dharnidhar Derasar char rasta , paldi ,vasna , Ahmedabad - 380007 Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in GeM portal handling, government tenders, bidding & e-procurement) Qualification: Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with knowledge of procurement, sales, or e-commerce platforms. Position: GeM Executive (with Bid Work) Salary: ₹25,000 per month Roles & Responsibilities:- Create, update, and manage the company profile on the GeM portal. Upload and list products/services with accurate specifications, pricing, and necessary compliance documents. Handle bid work — identify relevant tenders, prepare bid documents, submit bids, and track their progress. Participate timely in direct purchases, bidding, reverse auctions, and BOQ-based tenders on GeM. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations) to gather technical and financial details required for bidding. Process purchase orders received through GeM and ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and documentation. Follow up on payments and resolve buyer-related issues through the GeM portal. Maintain detailed records of bids submitted, orders won/lost, and contracts executed. Regularly monitor GeM notifications, circulars, and policy updates. Prepare MIS reports on bids, orders, and sales performance for management review. Skills Required :- GeM Portal Expertise: Hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, and portal operations. Bid Management: Ability to identify tenders, prepare and submit bids, participate in reverse auctions, and track outcomes. Government Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of tender processes, eligibility criteria, compliance, and contract management. Documentation & Compliance: Skilled in preparing technical and financial bid documents, uploading certificates (GST, PAN, etc.). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze tender requirements and prepare competitive pricing. MS Office Proficiency: Strong in Excel (for MIS reports), Word, and PDF handling. Communication & Coordination: Effective liaison with internal teams and external government officials. Negotiation Skills: Capable of handling buyer communications and clarifications professionally. Time Management: Ability to meet strict bid deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving portal issues, payment delays, and buyer queries
