Welder ( Argon + Laser Welding )

Position: Welder – Argon + Laser Welding Key Responsibilities:- Perform Argon (TIG) and Laser Welding operations on sheet metal components (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, etc.). Read, interpret, and work according to engineering drawings and dimensions. Ensure proper joint preparation, alignment, and high-quality weld finishing. Conduct visual inspection of welds and perform necessary corrections. Maintain welding machines and tools in proper working condition. Follow safety procedures and quality standards during welding operations. Requirements: Proven experience in Argon + Laser Welding on sheet metal. Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and heat control. Minimum [5-10 years] of experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferably in manufacturing industry). ITI / Diploma in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent qualification preferred.
