Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for traveling to client sites (as per assigned work) to install, repair, and maintain a range of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of lab instruments.

2. Diagnose technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

3. Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly.

4. Provide on-site technical support to customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain tools and test equipment in good working condition.

6. Coordinate with the internal team for parts, service calls, and escalations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or relevant technical field.

2. 13 years of experience in servicing scientific/lab instruments (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).

3. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site assignments.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Currently hiring for Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad regions.
