Role & responsibilities Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key officials across relevant Bihar Government departments. Identify upcoming tenders, procurement opportunities, and government projects aligned with our companys supplies/construction capabilities. Coordinate the entire process of tender documentation, submission, compliance, and follow-up until order finalization. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and clarifications with government representatives. Ensure timely submission of all government-required documents, certifications, and compliances. Track the progress of issued work orders and ensure smooth execution coordination between our company and government agencies. Maintain a strong network with local administrative bodies to support business development activities. Monitor policy changes, government procurement procedures, and opportunities that can benefit the company. Provide periodic reports to management on government engagements, tender status, and business pipeline. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience dealing with the State Government of Bihar, especially in procurement, tendering, or liaison roles. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, e-tendering portals, and departmental structures in Bihar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple government bodies and ensure smooth documentation. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure supplies, or allied services.
