This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in jogeshwari (W). The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents and regulations, preparing and compiling tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and managing timelines. The role also involves ensuring timely submission of tenders and following up on submitted tenders to track outcomes

• Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and submissio
• nStrong organizational and project management skill
• sAbility to analyze tender documents and requirement
• sExcellent written and verbal communication skill
• sAttention to detail and high level of accurac
• yProficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• )Ability to work independently and meet deadline
• sBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fiel
• dPrevious experience in a service industry or HVAC Dealer is a plu
