Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Ahmedabad, responsible for preparing and compiling tender and bid documents as per client requirements, coordinating all bid-related activities, managing submission timelines, analyzing tender specifications, performing document preparation such as drafting letters, organizing annexures, and formatting technical/financial bids, maintaining complete documentation, ensuring compliance with tender conditions, supporting internal teams with required information, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tender submission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tender preparation, bid coordination, and documentation management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate tender requirements and specifications
• Attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Graduate (any stream) – B.Com / BBA / BCA / BE / Diploma etc.

• Preferred

  (not mandatory): MBA, PGDM, or certification in

  Procurement / Supply Chain / Contracts

Strong knowledge of online tender portals

• GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

  – bid submission, catalogue management, reverse auction.

• IREPS (Indian Railways e-Procurement System)

  – tender search, bidding, uploading documents.
