Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of MoRTH, NHAI, and R&B guidelines and standards.
Analyze tender documents thoroughly, including eligibility criteria and qualification requirements.
Prepare and compile complete tender documentation such as Pre-Qualification (PQ) submissions, Bid documents, BOQs, and financial bids.
Ensure strict compliance with technical expertise, financial eligibility, and client-specific conditions for successful bid participation.
Plan, organize, and monitor all tendering activities to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Coordinate preparation of supporting reports, clarifications, and technical or commercial inputs required for bid submissions.
Continuously track and review tender portals/websites to identify and evaluate upcoming infrastructure project opportunities.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management highlighting tender status, progress, and bidding pipeline.
Assess qualification parameters including net worth, experience in similar works, and compliance requirements as per tender conditions.
Handle both manual and e-tendering processes efficiently and in accordance with client procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information gathering and effective bid preparation for a competitive edge.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

In-depth understanding of construction and infrastructure industry standards and practices.
Proficiency in technical evaluation and competitive bidding processes.
Experience in preparing BOQs, financial bids, and comprehensive tender documentation.
Strong grasp of PQ documentation, technical capability assessment, and eligibility evaluation norms.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
Skilled in using e-tendering portals and managing end-to-end submission processes.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
