Job Description

Job Summary:

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate technical and commercial submissions for tenders, proposals, and RFPs (Electrical background)

Role & responsibilities

Review tender documents thoroughly, including technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for technical inputs and pricing.
Prepare and compile tender documents as per client requirements and ensure timely submission.
Site Survey if required.
Maintain and update the database of tenders, bid status, and submission timelines.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Electrical field or tendering/estimation.
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Excellent communication (English)
, negotiation, and presentation skills is a must.
Attention to detail and excellent time management.
Willingness to travel as required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (added advantage).
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Solar field experience is an add on advantage.
