Tender Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for tracking tenders and RFPs for new bids and design competitions in the fields of large infrastructure projects, water sector, urban mass transit, institutional, industrial, and private sector clients. Your role will involve identifying appropriate associates/partners and forming JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals. Additionally, you will be preparing bid fee estimations for each consortium, attending pre-bid meetings, managing the bidding process, and following up with clients/partners till bid submission. Successful bids will require you to manage work delivery between partners and internal teams, build relationships with prospective clients, and maintain consistent contact with existing clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing the market, establishing competitive advantages, and ensuring timely submission of all tenders. Tech in Civil Engineering - Should be from Architectural/Engineering/Construction/PMC background or similar industry Please Note: IT background/IT profiles will not be preferred for this position.,
