Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Associate located in Gurugram. The Tender Associate will be responsible for managing the tendering process, preparing and reviewing tender documents, coordinating with different departments, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. The role involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and providing regular updates on tender status.

Qualifications

• Experience in GeM is a must
• Should have experience in creating catalog creation, product listing, vendor assessment etc.
• Experience in managing the tendering process and preparing tender documents
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience in the technology or business services sector is a plus
• Experience in eProcure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
