Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Associate to support our tendering process. The Tender Associate will assist in managing the preparation, submission, and monitoring of tenders and proposals, ensuring that they meet all technical, commercial, and legal requirements. This is a key role in our business development and procurement teams, ensuring that we submit high-quality, compliant proposals that contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibility Areas :

• Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals, ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Review tender documents to ensure compliance with client specifications, legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, project management) and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met for tender submissions.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing tenders, including deadlines, requirements, and the status of submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, technical proposals, and other required documentation, working closely with relevant teams.
• Conduct research on new tenders and opportunities in the marketplace, tracking upcoming projects that align with company capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders and submissions, generating status reports for senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, bid documentation, and contract management. Familiarity with procurement software or systems is a plus.
• Must have handled Technical Products.
• Ability to review and compile large volumes of documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tender specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing tender submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
