Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading industrial automation projects, ensuring seamless integration of control systems, and optimizing manufacturing & process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee design, implementation, testing, and commissioning activities while driving innovation in automation technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Lead end-to-end execution of Industrial Automation projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Control System Design : Develop and implement PLC/DCS-based automation solutions for manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and other industries.
  • SCADA & HMI Development : Design, configure, and integrate SCADA/HMI systems for real-time process monitoring and control.
  • Process Optimization : Analyze, improve, and automate manufacturing processes using Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-based solutions.
  • Team Leadership : Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Documentation : Prepare reports, commissioning documents, and user manuals for automation systems.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial automation projects, PLC/DCS programming(stand-alone), and commissioning.
  • Expertise in Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), electrical schematics, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, GE-Fanuc, ABB, Honeywell, Emerson).
  • Experience with SCADA/HMI systems (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, FactoryTalk, Movicon, Cimplicity, Ignition).
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, IEC61850, MQTT).
  • Strong understanding of IIoT, Industry 4.0, and AI-drivenIoT, Industry 4.0, and AI-driven automation solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence, and process documentation.
  • Periodic project progress review with Internal & External Stakeholders
  • Vendor Management and strong Procurement, negotiation and order closure
