Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhandup, for the position of Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will oversee a team of telesales representatives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include directing and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, conducting training, facilitating effective communication, managing daily operations, and resolving customer queries efficiently. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and mentor team members toward achieving performance goals.

• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to address challenges proactively and effectively.
• Prior experience in a telesales environment and familiarity with insurance products is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
