Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for converting leads for test prep, handling customer inquiries, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent communication with clients. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales processes. Ticket size to be handled: 10K-40K

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
