Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining products and services, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This role also includes maintaining records, providing customer support, and offering appropriate solutions in a professional manner. The specialist may also assist in training activities to guide new team members in sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and concerns efficiently
• Excellent Communication and active listening skills for engaging with customers effectively
• Sales skills, including lead conversion and an understanding of sales processes
• Ability to conduct and assist in training team members to ensure consistent performance standards
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software is a plus
• Prior experience in telesales or similar customer-focused roles is desirable
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
