Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Indore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and promoting Knee Xpert's services. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, resolving their queries, and working towards achieving company sales goals. Additional duties involve providing information and assistance to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and a target-oriented approach
• Ability to provide basic Training and product knowledge to customers
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
