Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesaler to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of technology sales and inside sales techniques to effectively present product offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Background in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers through effective marketing strategies and warm calling techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
