Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers via phone to promote and sell products. Key tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, managing customer accounts, and following up on sales leads. Additionally, you will be expected to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and report on sales activities regularly.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Customer Support abilities
• Experience in providing Training to team members or customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Any added languages Example: Bengali/Arabic/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam are added advantage.
