Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to generate sales. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and maintaining records of sales calls. The specialist will train to stay updated with our products and services to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Training for product knowledge and sales techniques
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
