Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Club Sales role based in Mumbai. The Club Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting with daily sales activities, engaging with prospective members, and promoting the club's facilities and services effectively. Core duties include generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Additionally, the role involves conducting training sessions and collaborations to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
• Proven ability in Sales, including generating and closing leads, achieving targets, and building relationships
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide teams and ensure operational excellence
