Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in East Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers through phone calls, understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate products or services, and closing sales. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be expected to assist in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage client interactions effectively and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust and convey information effectively.
• Ability to excel in Sales roles, including pitching products, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Willingness and ability to participate in Training programs to enhance professional competencies.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service will be beneficial.
