We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Health Gennie’s products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on company offerings.
• Handle objections, provide information, and effectively close sales deals.
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Onboard doctors onto the Health Gennie platform, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
