Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion:

  Engage with inbound and cold leads provided daily, introduce them to the Talent Suite, and convert them into paying customers.

• Pitching & Demos:

  Confidently present our Talent Suite over calls and set up product demos with the sales team.

• Needs Mapping:

  Understand clients’ hiring pain points and position our solution as the fastest, most reliable way to close jobs.

• Follow-up & Closure:

  Manage the sales pipeline via CRM, follow up on interested leads, and close deals independently or in collaboration with senior sales reps.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Feedback Loop:

  Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve our sales scripts and offerings.

Key Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, or recruitment services).

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; persuasive and confident phone manner.

• Sales Mindset:

  Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling objections effectively.

• Tech Savvy:

  Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Attitude:

  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
